Stephanie Regalado is the visionary founder and publisher behind SheSays Media. For over two decades, she has served as a masterful storyteller and award-winning writer, editor, and media professional across numerous publications and platforms throughout the United States.
Through her raw and honest approach, Stephanie's editorial voice became a source of inspiration for over 100,000 monthly readers, fostering authentic connection and community. Her compelling work has earned recognition on national platforms including Blogher, Her View From Home, Love What Matters, and TODAY Parents.
Stephanie's passion project, If They Only Knew, released in November 2023, features 60 anonymous stories that reveal the extraordinary resilience of women. This collection stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to amplifying women's voices and creating spaces where authentic experiences can transform both the teller and the witness.
When not championing women's stories, Stephanie can be found frolicking around the Pacific Northwest with her grown children, grandchildren, and her canine sidekicks, Dixie and Harlowe. She considers time with her girlfriends to be among life's most enriching treasures — a belief that infuses her work with genuine warmth and sisterhood.
